Subscriptions are billed monthly on your join date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
ALL PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Due to the instant digital access and downloadable nature of Vanta Soul content, all purchases — including monthly subscription fees, individual report purchases, and any other transactions — are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
This policy applies to all plans including Oracle and High Priestess tiers. By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to this no-refund policy and acknowledge that you forfeit any right to a chargeback or dispute for services rendered.

All content on Vanta Soul — including text, graphics, reports, reading interpretations, design, code, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Vanta Soul and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the Platform's content for your own private use only. No content may be copied, republished, or distributed without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanta Soul, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
This includes, without limitation, any decisions you make based on readings, reports, or content generated by the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Vanta Soul in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in any activity harmful to the Platform or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to premium features will end at the close of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vanta Soul operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the applicable courts of our operating jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
