Birth & Personal Data: To generate personalized readings, we collect your full birth name, date of birth, and optionally your birth location. This data is used solely to calculate numerological and astrological profiles for your personal use.

Usage Data: We collect data on how you interact with the Platform, including panels visited, readings generated, and session activity, to improve the user experience.

Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Vanta Soul does not store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation of payment status and subscription tier from Stripe.

Communications: If you opt into email notifications, we store your preference and email address for the purpose of sending daily forecasts.

Vanta Soul uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand Platform usage. We may use session cookies to maintain your login state and preferences.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised where possible.

Vanta Soul integrates with the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy.
• AstrologyAPI — live planetary data for birth chart calculations. Only your date of birth and approximate coordinates are shared.
• AI services — sacred report generation. Content is processed in real-time and not stored by the provider beyond the session.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted database storage
• Access controls limiting who can view personal data
• Regular security reviews

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
